Before you ask
What everyoneasks first.
No. Quite the opposite: I automate on top of what you already have. If your team works in Excel, in a particular ERP or over WhatsApp, that stays. What I do is connect those pieces so they talk to each other. Switching tools is expensive, slow, and your team will hate it.
It will break sooner or later: a site changes, a password expires, a provider moves something. That's why every flow ships with alerts: if something fails, it reaches me and reaches you before your client notices. Maintenance is optional and has no lock-in; if you take it, I fix it.
No. Once paid, the code, the flows and the access are in your name, with documentation and a short video of how it works. If tomorrow you want someone else to run it, they can. I'd rather you stay because you want to, not because you can't leave.
It depends on the process, which is why there's no price list. What is fixed: you get a written, closed price before we start, with a delivery date and with whatever is out of scope stated up front. If the project grows along the way, that's quoted separately and you decide.
It's usually the opposite of what people assume. In a small company every hour lost to paperwork is paid by the owner, so automating a single process shows up in the first week. We start with whatever eats the most time and grow from there.
Flows run on my server or on yours, whichever you prefer. When I handle your clients' data we sign the data processing agreement the GDPR requires before anything is touched, and everything is logged in case we need to look back.
